"it was very frustrating to have our door key not work when we left the room to get ice and then couldn't get back in. We were told by the cleaning lady that we would have to go down stairs (from the third floor) to have to desk reissue or reinstate our key, I asked the lady if she could call down, she said yes, but we would still have to go down for the new key. I then told her to have someone bring it up, why should I have to go downstairs...I did nothing wrong to have the key made unusable, that they could just bring it up! (which they did) and then they wanted idenitification,(which was in the locked room).
This experience was very maddening and time consumeing.
We were also told that this happens very frequently!"
